Senior UX/UI Designer (Miami)

We're building out our in-house design and creative team and looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the way. This is an in-office role based in Miami, Florida, and candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the area. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape user and gaming experiences across our platform, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and clarity. Our products are fast, dynamic, and built to entertain. A genuine interest in gaming is preferred. Experience with online casinos or video games is a bonus.

• Work with the product manager and founders to translate ideas into mockups and prototypes
• Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate artwork seamlessly into products and web pages.
• Help to create user journeys across multiple products.
• Work directly with engineers on design hand-offs and implementation as well as help test on-site designs before deployment.
• Optimize digital experiences for a wide range of desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
• Identify design problems with current products and devise solutions for them
• Understand industry trends and table stakes
• Think about the big picture to determine how we can gain a competitive advantage using design
• Be a leader on the team and perform all job responsibilities at a senior level with limited direct supervision

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX / UI designer or product designer. Preference will be given to those with experience in gaming or iGaming industries
• A solid portfolio demonstrating years of experience creating fun and functional products
• Expert in Figma
• Experience in responsive UX / UI design for mobile, tablet and desktop
• Understanding of design best practices for iOS and Android
• Experience working with Figma components and design systems
• Great attention to detail and consistency across deliverables
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Passion about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Continuous research and knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
