We’re looking for a seasoned Design Director to lead and grow our in-house design team from our Miami office. In this role, you'll define and drive the design strategy across our portfolio of iGaming products, ensuring seamless user experiences, strong brand alignment, and innovative UI execution. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to shape how design contributes to user satisfaction, product differentiation, and business growth.
You’ll be hands-on in the early stages, setting the vision, building systems, and mentoring a growing team, while also being a strategic leader who can represent design at the highest levels. This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up and make a real impact.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
